1. Payment Policy:
All lesson fees must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your lesson.
2. Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel, please give at least 48 hours’ notice to receive a full refund or to reschedule. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.
3. Late Arrival:
If the student arrives late, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time. If the instructor arrives late, the full lesson duration will be provided.
4. Extended Absences:
If you are absent for more than two weeks without arranging to hold your slot, we cannot guarantee your space will remain available. Continued weekly payment may be required to keep your reserved slot.
5. Instructor or Vehicle Issues:
If the vehicle becomes faulty or the instructor is unwell and cannot deliver a lesson or your driving test, the session will be rescheduled or refunded. On test day, if a mechanical fault occurs with our vehicle, we will make alternative arrangements where possible.
6. Test Readiness:
You must be deemed “test ready” according to DVSA standards before using our vehicle for the practical test. Your instructor will confirm your readiness, even if the test is already booked.
7. Behaviour & Safety:
Lessons may be terminated if the student is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or behaving in a way that compromises safety. No refund will be issued in such cases.
8. Use of Instructor’s Vehicle for Test:
Use of the instructor’s car for the driving test may require a minimum number of lessons. The instructor always has the final decision for safety reasons.
9. Insurance & Liability:
Lessons include fuel and fully-insured tuition. Any damage caused through deliberate or reckless behaviour may result in charges.
10. Recording / Dashcam Use:
Our vehicle may use front or interior dashcams for safety and training purposes. Audio recording may also be active.
11. Data Protection:
Personal information is kept securely and used only for managing your lessons, payments, and communication.
12. General Terms:
By booking lessons with us, you agree to these terms and conditions. We aim to provide a professional and supportive learning environment. If you have special circumstances, please let us know.
