Whether you’re starting as a PDI or already an ADI, we offer a fair, flexible route to success. Our franchise fee is the lowest in Cambridge just £100 a month, not a week. If business is quiet, we won’t charge you—we always aim to be fair. Training is pay-as-you-go, so you only pay for what you need. We support you through ADI Part 1 (theory), Part 2 (driving), and Part 3 (instruction). Plus, you can choose to complete the final 20 hours of supervision with Brad Ward, a former DVSA examiner, who trained me personally. We’re here to help you succeed—so get in touch today!

ADI Part 3 Final Preparation
ADI Part 3 Mock Test & Final Preparation
As you approach your ADI Part 3 test, it is important to understand exactly what examiners are looking for during the assessment.
We can arrange specialist preparation with Brad Ward, a former DVSA driving examiner. Brad is able to conduct a realistic mock Part 3 test, designed to closely replicate the format of the official test.
During the session, your lesson will be assessed using the official DVSA ADI Part 3 marking criteria, which is based on the 17 competencies framework. These competencies cover the key areas examiners look for, including lesson planning, risk management, and teaching and learning strategies.
This realistic mock test allows you to:
• Experience the pressure of the real Part 3 test
• Understand how the 17 competencies are assessed
• Identify areas for improvement before your real test
• Receive professional feedback from a former DVSA examiner
This stage of training is ideal for PDIs who are approaching their Part 3 test date and want to ensure they are fully prepared.
Sessions can be arranged depending on availability and are designed to give you the confidence and understanding needed to perform at your best on the day of your test.
Meet Brad Ward
Brad is a former ADI Enforcement Examiner with the DVSA, bringing a wealth of experience to our training team. He specialises in Part 2 and Part 3 instructor training and played a key role in my own development as a driving instructor. His calm, knowledgeable, and structured approach helped me achieve a Grade A on my mock test, and his guidance was invaluable throughout my training.
